First and foremost, authors are needed to check off their submission's acquiescence with all of the following notes, and submitted articles may be returned to authors that do not follow to these procedures.

• Please read the Author guide before you start submitting your manuscript.
• You must register to use our submission system. This is a one-time process.

• Formatting template

  You will need to format your article ready for submission. To make this easier, Word template is available for our journals, ready for you to download and apply to your document. 

  1. Download and save the word template file to your computer
  2. Apply these styles to your paper as appropriate.
• Any submitted article(s) should not have been previously published or presently be under consideration for publication by another journal.
• Previous publication in another language must be revealed in the "comments for the Editor" field when submitting again.
• Any special circumstances should also be revealed in the "comments for the Editor" field during submission process.
• Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and the author has cleared any necessary permission with the copyright owner if it has been previously copyrighted.
• The submission file should be in Word Processing format.
